Chad is one of the minor characters. He works at Raye's temple, and is shown to be in love with her.

He first appeared in Episode 26, . He attempted to fight off Pox, the Negamonster and Seven Shadow (actually Grandpa turned into a monster).

He also believed Raye to be in love with Amara in Sailor Moon S. He was targeted by Kaorinite, who sent the Daimon Toden after him to extract his Pure Heart, but it was returned to him, and Toden was destroyed by Sailor Moon.
