Kenji Tsukino is Serena's father. He first appeared in Sailor Moon Episode 2, Talk Radio.Unlike his wife, he dislikes the idea of Serena dating Darien. Although uses the excuse that he's too old for her, it seems to be more like his father instincts of wanting to protect his only daughter.
